I was making decision between Highlander, Acura and Lexus. Rami, the General Sales Manager is professional, courteous and kind. My husband, myself and my family sent an email to 5 Acura dealerships last week in search of our new family car, a 2021/2022 Acura MDX. Ali was a wonderful salesperson not overly pushy like some and helped me find what I wanted within my budget and didn't try to push me to get a more expensive vehicle. On the day I came to pick it up some of the touch ups weren't done so Ali went to get the touch up pen and proceeded to do it himself before I took the car home. All in all a great experience that wasn't nearly as stressful as other dealership.👍🏻

I came in to buy a car but the one i wanted sold. Southview acura made sure they made it right and offered to show me around their inventory. This has nothing to do with the dealership or people but I find it bad service from Acura/Honda that a recall of the right taillight is fixed but the left taillight that has the same problem is not fixed. You would think that grown-ups, service personnel, mechanics etc, would be allowed to let the manufacturer know about this shortcoming. Maybe it is time to see if another manufacturer reacts better.
Excellent service as usual and with the Corvid -19 situation the picking up of my vehicle and dropping off was very safe and hassle free.
The appointment was scheduled as a response to a comment made in a Facebook post. I received a call within 30 minutes of the post to schedule the appointment. I arrived to drop off my RDX and pick up the loaner. The process was thoughtful for sanitizing and respectful of physical distancing and efficient. Stephen is very knowledgeable and helpful. Explains exactly what they are going to do and how much it will cost. I had to remind him that I have no charge oil changes for 5 years and also the price for tire rotation was going to be higher than advertised online. He adjusted the price without question. I appreciate that he wiped down any areas that I was likely to touch in order to prevent the spread of the corona virus. The car was also did a great job.
This is my second MDX from Southview Acura and from the moment I arrive at the dealership I am greeted warmly, and have updates on what's happening, always leave with a smile, am treated extremely well and have always had my maintenance done at Southview Acura.

Very happy with seeing Mary at service and for the service tech who also fixed some of the rattling noise I had in my car. We bought our first Acura MDX in 2001 before the south side Acura dealership existed. As soon as it was open we started bringing our car for maintenance there because it is much closer the our house. Since then it was always a very positive experience. Steven and Mary are very helpful and knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean, spacious and have a small coffee/tea station for the clients . I had a concern about “fit and finish” on my new RDX and they went beyond what most dealerships would do to make sure I was completely satisfied.
